Annual Jacob’s Buddies Golf Tournament

Despite the rainy forecast, we had 110 players at the Jacob's Buddies Golf Tournament this year. The rain held off until we were almost finished playing. “Thank you” to everyone who participated. We raised $5,953. We hope to see you next year on April 16, 2011 for the 7th Annual Jacob's Buddies Golf Tournament.

I founded Jacob’s Buddies in 2004 to raise funds for DSACO. My grandson, Jacob, who was born on April 28, 2001, has Down syndrome. Thanks to DSACO, we learned that this was not as devastating as we thought. With DSACO's help and resources our family has learned that Jacob is truly more like a "typical" child than not. To this day, DSACO continues to be a vital part of our lives.
