The mission of STARS is to support the provision of individualized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, family-centered, community-based programs and services for people with disabilities through a coordinated training system.

Staff and contractors of the SoonerStart program, local public schools, and DDSD, as well as families accessing services from these agencies may attend STARS trainings at no charge. Others are welcome to register and attend STARS trainings on a "space available" basis for a charge of $50.00 per person per workshop.
