Volunteer Role: Back to School Bash Helper

Location: DSACO Office- 521 W Wilshire Blvd Suite #130, Oklahoma City, Ok 73116

Event Overview:
The Back to School Bash is a lively, family-friendly event celebrating the start of a new school year. Guests will enjoy food, community and fun. Volunteers will help make the event run smoothly by assisting with setup, hospitality, activities, and cleanup.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting with event setup (tables, chairs, decorations, food stations)
  • Welcoming guests and helping with check-in
  • Guiding families to seating or activity areas
  • Helping manage food and replenishing food/drinks
  • Supporting children’s activities or entertainment areas
  • Tidying and sanitizing areas during the event
  • Event teardown and cleanup after the Bash
