Welcome to the DSACO Cup at Rose Creek Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma! Join us for a day of golf, fun, and community support on May 4, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm. Check-in starts at 8 am, so be sure to arrive early to get ready for a fantastic day on the green.

Team Registration Details

Team Size: Each team should consist of 4 players.
Registration Fee: The registration fee per team is $750 ($200 Individual Tournament Registration).
Included: Your registration includes participation in the golf tournament, access to raffle prizes, lunch, and the awards ceremony.

Gather Your Team: Gather three additional players to form a team of four.
Register Your Team: Click the "Register" button below to fill out the team registration form and submit payment.
Individual Registration: Don't have a team? No problem! You can still register as an individual player, and we will assign you to a team.

Sponsor Levels

• Title Sponsor ($5,000): Naming rights, company logo on all event materials, announcement during event, the opportunity to provide promotional materials, entry for TWO teams (including mulligans), social media promotion with logo, and sign at tee box.
• Eagle Sponsor ($3,000): Logo on golf carts and website, announcement during event, the opportunity to provide promotional materials, entry for ONE team (including mulligans), social media promotion with logo, and sign at tee box.
• Par Sponsor ($2,000): Logo on golf carts and website, entry for ONE team (including mulligans), social media promotion with logo, and sign at tee box.
• Hole Sponsor ($500): Sign at tee box (add team for $400)
• Family Sponsor ($100): Sign at tee box featuring a loved one with Down syndrome.
