🌦️ Explore the Science of Storms with DSACO! 🌦️

Join us on June 25th from 2:30–3:30 PM for a special guided tour of the National Weather Center!

📍 Location: 120 David L. Boren Boulevard Norman, OK 73072

This unique experience is designed for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and friends to learn how meteorologists study severe weather, track tornadoes, forecast storms, and help keep our communities safe.

🌪️ What to Expect

  • An accessible, family-friendly tour led by National Weather Center staff
  • Opportunities to learn about weather science and forecasting
  • Interactive discussions and time for questions
  • A welcoming environment that reflects DSACO’s commitment to inclusion, education, and community engagement

⚠️ Registration Required: Space is limited, and every person attending must be registered individually, including family members and guests. Due to capacity restrictions, only those who are registered will be permitted to attend. No additional guests may accompany attendees.

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the tour.
