Amy Douglas

I am a native Oklahoman, born and raised in Tulsa until moving to Norman in 1987 to attend the University of Oklahoma.  After majoring in psychology, I made the decision to pursue a law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  Thereafter, I moved to Oklahoma City where I began my career as a public servant and an attorney for the City of Oklahoma City.  My current practice is primarily focused on municipal finance and economic development law.

My husband, Scott, is co-owner of a commercial contracting company called Clyde Riggs Construction.  We are the proud parents of our daughter, Elise, who graduated from Heritage Hall and just finished her freshman year at Texas Christian University.

In my free time, I serve on the Board of Directors for Children’s Health Foundation and now DASCO.  I enjoy reading, watching movies, traveling, playing pickleball, walking our three dogs, and spending lots of quality time with friends.
