Jennifer is now the Planning and Grants Director for the Developmental Disabilities Council of Oklahoma. Her work includes coordinating planning activities for the development of the Council’s 5-Year State Plan and providing consultation and technical assistance to Council contractors and potential contractors concerning program planning.Along the way, Jennifer volunteered at the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma creating, organizing, and leading the inaugural Parent 2 Parent support meetings; was appointed to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part-B State Advisory Board; earned a Nonprofit Management Fundamental Certificate from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits; and is a Partners in Policymaking graduate. Currently she sits on the SDS EOR Stakeholder group and the DDS Advisory Committee.
