Board Member

Rhys Gay is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Interpretation at Big Language Solutions, where he leads one of the company’s largest business units focused on healthcare growth, client success, and innovation. Prior to Big, he held executive leadership positions at Butterfly Network and Cerner Corporation.

Inspired by his son Everett, who has Down syndrome, Rhys has been a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. He served as the national lead for the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (DSDN) Dads program from 2018 to 2021 and led the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma (DSACO) DADS group from 2021 to 2023. In 2021, Rhys and his wife, Neely, successfully championed the passage of Everett’s Law in Oklahoma, prohibiting discrimination against individuals with disabilities in the organ transplant process. He also organized two DADS Olympics fundraisers that raised nearly $20,000 to support local programs and services.

An Eagle Scout and lifelong volunteer, Rhys lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife, Neely, and their three children, Lily, Everett, and Brody.
